About the Role

PickUp is changing how people find jobs. Our sales team is the bridge between our innovative technology and the job seekers who need it most. As a Sales Representative, you'll help people understand the value of automated job applications and guide them through their journey to landing their dream job.

What You'll Do

  • 1Generate new business through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
  • 2Conduct product demonstrations and consultations with potential customers
  • 3Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • 4Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey
  • 5Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies
  • 6Provide feedback to product team based on customer insights
  • 7Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts
  • 8Stay up-to-date on product features and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2C or B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Comfortable with technology and SaaS products
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience in HR tech, recruiting, or career services
  • Background in subscription-based sales
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience with social selling and LinkedIn outreach
  • Understanding of the job search process and pain points
  • Previous startup experience
