As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, building the technology that makes it all possible.

What You'll Do

• 1Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• 2Build and optimize AI-powered features for job matching and application automation
• 3Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
• 4Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
• 5Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning
• 6Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
• 7Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
• 8Contribute to code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

Requirements

• •5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• •Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• •Experience with Next.js or similar full-stack frameworks
• •Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integrating LLM APIs
• •Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
• •Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• •Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

• •Experience with job boards, ATS systems, or HR tech
• •Background in building automation tools or browser extensions
• •Experience with Python and machine learning frameworks
• •Contributions to open-source projects
• •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• •Knowledge of web scraping and data extraction techniques
